Balancing content strategy with experience
To effectively balance content strategy and attendee experience, we meticulously planned the event structure. Recognizing the diverse goals and expectations of our audience, we utilized RainFocus for personalization, segmentation, and timed content releases, ensuring that relevant materials reached attendees at optimal times.
Additionally, we strategically organized the navigation bar, positioning overall event content prominently at the top, while aligning user-specific pages on the side bar for easy access.
