Key Improvements for 2024
In line with current trends, particularly the rise of dark mode usage (reported at 35% by Litmus in 2022), the template has been enhanced to maintain brand colors in dark mode, rather than relying on email clients for rendering. Furthermore, the number of components has been minimized to ensure content is easy to scan and fully responsive across devices.
A persistent issue was the sharing and forwarding of emails, which often led to broken formatting. To resolve this, a "View in Browser" link was added, which also eliminates tracking code issues.

Distinct Communication Styles
To differentiate various types of communications—such as marketing emails, product updates, and CEO messages—new distinct headers have been designed. This allows emails to retain the Sitecore brand while offering a unique layout for each type, enhancing overall diversity and engagement in email communications.
